Returns & Refunds
At Core Armor, we follow UK and EU consumer protection laws to ensure a fair experience.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return

- Returns must be sent to our international distribution center in China.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking service.
- Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes:
- Water bottles & hydration reservoirs
- Backpacks with hydration accessories
- Products with a hygiene seal
- Sale items or gift certificates
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
